The firm’s leasing practice is broad based. We represent landlords and tenants with respect to commercial lease transactions. The landlords we represent range from closely held ventures to pension funds. Our relationships with our landlord clients are longstanding; our negotiating and drafting of leases on their behalf has accommodated both strong and weak markets.

In the same vein, we represent a number of business in their leasing efforts. We have for example, represented a number of retailers, advertisers and other significant ventures in obtaining retail and office space throughout the region.
