The firm assists clients in dispositions and acquisitions throughout the country, but by virtue of our location, a significant amount of our representation involves properties in the tri-county area. Our recent representation involves advising a high net worth client with the acquisition of a portfolio of income producing properties with an aggregate value in excess of $100mm throughout the state of florida as well as acting as local and lead counsel on the acquisition of a boutique hotel on miami beach for $40mm.

The firm also assists clients with residential real estate transactions and have been involved with some of the most significate acquisitions and dispositions in the state of florida.
